An automated result is a preliminary screening, not legal advice and not a legal determination. Eligibility turns on details that only your actual court records establish, under the law in effect at the time.

No attorney-client relationship

Using this site, taking the eligibility check, or submitting the contact form does not make you a client of the Law Office of Joshua Andor, P.C. An attorney-client relationship is formed only by a signed engagement agreement. Please don't send confidential details beyond what the screener asks for until an engagement is in place.

The eligibility check

• Results are based entirely on the answers you give; inaccurate or incomplete answers produce inaccurate results.
• A favorable preliminary result does not guarantee relief, and an unfavorable one does not always mean relief is impossible. The confirmed answer comes only after a paralegal reviews the court record and an attorney approves the determination.
• Texas law changes; the screener reflects the law as of its effective date.

Service scope

This is a Texas-focused service. At launch, the office accepts record-clearing matters filed in Collin County and Denton County, Texas. Screenings from elsewhere in Texas are welcome; where we can't help directly, we try to point you to a qualified attorney in your area.

Fees

Fee information on this site is general information. The exact fee and scope for any representation are set by the written engagement agreement, which controls over anything stated here.

No guarantee of outcome

Past results do not guarantee, warrant, or predict outcomes. Whether any record can be cleared or sealed depends on the facts and records of the specific case and on current law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including submitting false information, probing or disrupting the service, scraping content, or making automated submissions.

Third-party services

The site operates on third-party infrastructure and services (hosting, bot protection, intake, and — if activated — limited analytics) as described in the Privacy Policy. Those providers process information only to provide their services.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and screening flow on this site belong to the Law Office of Joshua Andor, P.C. You may not reproduce them commercially without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent Texas law allows, the Law Office of Joshua Andor, P.C. is not liable for damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on its informational content. Nothing in these terms limits duties an attorney owes a client once an engagement exists.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Texas law. Any dispute about the site will be resolved in the state courts of Collin County, Texas.
